共生理论视域下高职院校服务中国境外产业园区的实践路径

摘　　要：中国境外产业园区建设已成为推进“一带一路”高质量发展的重要载体,服务中国境外园区建设将是高职院校服务“一带一路”建设的重点方向。从共生理论视域解析高职院校服务中国境外产业园区建设共生模式,并提出完善顶层设计和风控体系,营造良性共生环境;强化平台建设和市场机制,打造动态共生界面;加强内涵建设和能力提升,构建高效共生效能等建议。The construction of Chinese overseas industrial parks has become an important carrier to promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.Serving the construction of Chinese overseas industrial parks will be the key direction for higher vocational colleges to better serve the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the symbiosis mode of higher vocational colleges serving the construction of Chinese overseas industrial parks,and puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the top-level design and risk control system to create a benign symbiosis environment,strengthening platform construction and market mechanism to create a dynamic symbiotic interface,reinforcing connotation construction and capacity improvement to build an efficient symbiotic efficiency.
