摘 要:随着我国进入新发展阶段,对外开放新形势对中国职业教育文化的国际传播提出了新要求。以国际议程设置机制为理论基础,对中国职教文化的国际传播现状进行定量和定性分析,发现部分议题缺乏公共性,尚未形成多层次传播矩阵,而且长期性共识成果较为缺乏。为了提升传播效果,应该在议题设计上兼顾中国特色和受众需求,构建立体式传播联盟,并努力达成更多的长期性共识成果。As China enters a new stage of development,the new situation of opening up to the outside world requires a higher level of international communication of Chinese vocational education.Based on the international agenda setting mechanism,this paper conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of the current situation of international communication of Chinese vocational education,and finds that some topics lack publicity,a multi-level communication framework have not been formed yet,and the number of long-term consensuses is a modest sum.In order to improve the communication effect,Chinese characteristics and audience needs should be included in the topics,a three-dimensional communication alliance is needed,and more long-term consensuses is to be achieved.
