摘  要:近年来,检验检测行业成为我国发展前景好、增长速度快的服务行业之一,国内检验检测市场同质化竞争日益激烈,随着客户对检验检测相关服务的要求不断提高,优质的客户服务逐渐成为检验检测机构的主要竞争力。本文以国企检验检测机构为对象,从研究当前国企检验检测机构客户服务现状及主要问题入手,通过对其他检验检测机构进行实地调研、针对性对比分析,对如何提升国企检验检测机构客户服务展开研究,提出对策和建议。In recent years,the inspection and testing industry has become one of the service industries with good development prospects and rapid growth in China.The homogenization competition in the domestic inspection and testing market is increasingly fierce.With the continuous improvement of customer requirements for inspection and testing related services,high-quality customer service has gradually become the main competitiveness of inspection and testing institutions.This paper takes the inspection and testing institutions in state-owned enterprises as the object,starts with the research on the current status of customer service and main problems of the inspection and testing institutions in state-owned enterprises,makes field research and targeted comparative analysis of other inspection and testing institutions,studies how to improve the customer service of the inspection and testing institutions in state-owned enterprises,and puts forward correspondingmeasures and suggestions.
