摘 要:混合学习因为整合了面对面教学和网络教学的优势,符合高校教学改革的需求而得到了广泛的关注,但教师对混合教学的接受和持续使用才是混合教学成功的核心.该文基于自我决定理论和信息系统持续理论,从动机的视角分析了影响教师持续使用混合学习模式的因素.结果表明:自我决定理论中的自主和能力的心理需求间接地影响了教师持续使用意向,而关系对教师的使用意向没有影响;感知有用性、内在动机和满意度直接影响了教师今后持续使用混合教学的意向;学校的支持也是教师采用混合教学不可忽视的重要因素.因此,建议在混合教学的实施过程中应该完善教学支持服务,保持教师在自主、能力和关系的三个心理需求上的内在动机水平,提高教师满意度将能提高教师在持续使用上的意向,促进混合教学改革的成功.Blended learning has been widely adopted because it integrates the advantages of face-to-face teaching and online teaching,and it meets the needs of teaching reform in colleges and universities,but the teacher's acceptance and continuous use of blended teaching is the core of the success of blended teaching.Based on self-determination theory(SDT)and information system continuation theory(ISCT),this article analyzes the factors that affect teachers'continuous use of blended teaching mode from the per⁃spective of motivation.The results indicate that:the psychological needs of autonomy and competence in self-determination theory indirectly affect teachers'intention of continuous use,while relatedness has no effect on teachers'intention;perceived usefulness,intrinsic motivation and satisfaction directly affect teachers'intention to continue to use blended teaching in the future;the support of the school is also an important factor that teachers cannot ignore when using blended teaching.Therefore,it is suggested that the teaching support service should be improved in the implementation process of blended teaching,and the internal motivation level of teachers in the three psychological needs of autonomy,competence and re⁃latedness should be maintained.The improvement of teachers'satisfaction will improve their intention of continuous use and promote the success of blended teaching reform.
