一流本科专业建设视角下高校农学专业人才培养体系构建——以塔里木大学“三五九”农学创新实验班为例

摘  要:专业建设是提高人才培养质量的关键环节,体现了人才培养质量的高低。该文重点分析塔里木大学“三五九”农学创新实验班课程实践教育、集中性实践教育和第二课堂实践教育“三大”平台学分设置及其优化情况,系统归纳总结“三五九”农学专业创新人才培养体系建设特点。结果表明,“三五九”农学创新实验班课程实践教育比例最高,达79.82%,较普通农学班降低了0.30%;集中性实践教育比例较高,较普通农学班提高了0.30%,为15.50%;第二课堂实践教育学分与普通农学班相持平,为4.68%。“三五九”农学专业创新人才培养体系仍突出学生厚基础理论教育的特点,更加突出学生实践能力教育培养,注重学生综合素质的协同发展。Specialty construction is the key link to improve the quality of talent training,which reflects the quality of talent training.This paper focuses on the credit setting and optimization of the"three major"platforms of"359"agronomic innovation experimental class curriculum practice education,concentrated practical education and second classroom practical education in Tarim University,and systematically summarizes the characteristics of the construction of innovative talents training system of"359"agronomy specialty.The results show that the proportion of classroom practice education in the"359"agricultural innovation experimental class is the highest,reaching 79.82%,which is 0.30%lower than that of the ordinary agricultural class,and the proportion of centralized practical education is higher,which is 0.30%higher than that of the ordinary agricultural class,which is 15.50%.The credit of practical education in the second classroom is the same as that of the ordinary agricultural class,which is 4.68%.The innovative talents training system of"359"agronomy specialty still highlights the characteristics of students'thick basic theory education,gives more prominence to the cultivation of students'practical ability,and pays attention to the coordinated development of students'comprehensive quality.
