摘  要:数控加工中,要通过对刀操作来设定工件坐标系原点,针对常见的对刀方法有占机时间长、对刀效率和精度低、易操作失误等缺点,提出了一种基于FANUC系统提供的G31跳跃指令和通用的高精度测量设备,对数控机床的软硬件系统进行微改造,从而实现工件坐标系的自动测量和设定的过程.分析了工件坐标系的测量原理,介绍硬件系统组成及连接方式,说明了相关参数的设置,给出了一个自动测量的宏程序实例,并经实测证明有效可行.In NC machining,it is necessary to set the origin of the workpiece coordinate system through tool setting operation.In view of the shortcomings of common tool setting methods such as long machine time,low tool setting efficiency and accuracy,and easy to operate errors,a G31 jump command provided by FANUC system and a general high-precision measuring device are proposed,and the software and hardware system of the NC machine tool is slightly modified,so as to realize the automatic measurement and setting process of the workpiece coordinate system.This paper analyzes the measuring principle of the workpiece coordinate system,introduces the composition and connection mode of the hardware system,explains the setting of relevant parameters,and gives a macro program example of automatic measurement,which is proved to be effective and feasible by the actual measurement.
