摘 要:高校英语专业文学课程教学必须指向学生多维能力的培养,包括文学能力培养,这既是教育部高校外语本科专业人才培养质量国家标准和教学指南的要求,更是当下社会发展对外语专业人才能力的必然要求。所谓“文学能力”,是指学生在具备文学理论知识和文学文本阅读经验的基础上形成的文学信息挖掘与鉴别能力、基于信息挖掘与鉴别的观点生产与自证能力、以及对观点进行学术判断和价值判断的能力。英语专业文学课程体系以及具体课程目标的设计应该指向文学能力培养,加强教学内容的体系性,强调文学能力培养的完整性,将文学信息挖掘与鉴别、审美体验、观点生成与自证、观点评价等能力完整地融入文学课程体系设计与教学之中。Literature courses for English majors in Chinese universities are targeted at cultivating the students’competence of different dimensions,among which the most important is literary competence.“Literary competence”is composed of—and built upon—three competences:the information-digging and-discriminating capability based on their knowledge about literary theory and on their literary reading experience,the idea-developing and-justifying competence based on their literary information-digging and-analyzing,and the competence which the students use to make academic and value judgements of the idea they develop.This paper believes that it is necessary to take literary competence-cultivating as an ultimate objective of literature courses for English majors by emphasizing the teaching of systematic literary knowledge and the training of literary competence of its full scale.This means that the training of the competences including literary information-digging and-discriminating,aesthetic experience,idea-developing and-testifying,idea-reviewing and-judging be integrated into the literature curriculum system design and teaching.
