一流本科课程“125混合式教学模式”的建构及实施--以“商业银行经营学”为例

摘　　要：在深入把握线上线下混合式一流本科课程内涵与建设目标的基础上,针对高校“商业银行经营学”教育教学过程中存在的教学资源有限、教学方式单调、实践落实困难、育人功能较弱、考评方式单一等痛点,借助成果导向教育(OBE)理念,探索并实践“1个理念+2个平台+5个维度”的“125混合式教学模式”,取得了学生收获感、教师获得感和社会认同感“三提升”的教学改革成效。On the basis of in-depth understanding of the connotation and construction objectives of the online and offline hybrid first-class undergraduate course,the article explores and practices the“125 mode”of hybrid teaching of“one concept+two platforms+five dimensions”with the help of the concept of Outcome Based Education(OBE),aiming at the pain points of limited teaching resources,monotonous teaching methods,difficulties in practice,weak educational functions and single evaluation methods in the education and teaching of“Commercial Bank Management”in colleges and universities.It has achieved remarkable teaching reform results of“three improvements”such as students sense of gain,teachers sense of gain and social identity.
