摘 要:目的:探讨基于课程思政背景下教学改革对护理专业学生(简称“护生”)专业认同感的影响。方法:选取某本科医学院校2019级1班和2班各87例本科护生作为研究对象,1班为教改组,2班为对照组。了解思政元素融入“外科护理学”专业课程后护生专业认同感的差异。结果:思政元素融入“外科护理学”专业课程后,护生在护理专业认识、护理专业情感、护理专业意志上较未融入思政元素有所改善。结论:思政元素对高校护生专业认同感起到积极引导作用,教师应将思政元素融入人才培养体系全过程,落实立德树人之根本任务,为培养优质护理人才和稳定护理专业队伍的发展提供保障。Objective:To discuss the influence of teaching reform on nursing students′professional identity under the background of the ideological and political course.Methods:87 nursing students from Class One and Class Two of grade 2019 in a medical university were selected as the research objects,Class One was included into the teaching reform group,and Class Two was inclued into the control group.The purpose of the study was to understand the difference of nursing students′professional identity after ideological and political elements were integrated into the professional courses of Surgical Nursing.Results:After the ideological and political elements were integrated into the curriculum of Surgical Nursing,the knowledge,emotion and will of professional nursing for the nursing majors had been improved compared with the nursing students without the integration of ideological and political elements in the courses.Conclusion:Ideological and political elements play a positive guiding role in the professional identity of nursing students in colleges and universities.Teachers should integrate ideological and political elements into the whole process of talent training system,implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,so as to provide guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality nursing talents and stable development of nursing professional team.
