摘　　要：高校员工结构复杂,教职工有较强的自我意识,管理难度较大。做好员工关系管理可以提高员工的归属感和使命感,增加员工对高校的忠诚度,降低人才流失的风险。本文梳理了高校员工关系管理内涵,提出了高校员工关系管理体系优化策略。The structure of university staff is complex,the university staff have a strong selfawareness and management is difficult.Good staff relationship management can improve the staffs sense of belonging and mission,increase their loyalty to universities and reduce the risk of brain drain.This paper sorts out the management responsibilities of university staff and puts forward the optimization strategy of the university staff relationship management.system.
