摘 要:军队与学校的合作是社会与学校协同育人的重要组成部分。对相关资料的分析显示,德国联邦国防军与学校合作是为了提升青少年群体对军队的认可度,学校方面则希望以此加强学校的政治教育。双方的合作主要由德国国防部和文教部设定框架,由青年军官和学校具体实施。合作的形式有:校内合作活动,如举办讲座和专家讨论会;校外合作活动,如组织考察旅行、角色模拟游戏和参观部队;教师培训合作,包括培训正式教师和见习教师。合作在内容上聚焦和平与安全政策以及军队的使命与任务等主题。德国军队与学校的合作特点表现为:制度框架规范,合作原则明确,执行人员专业,合作主题广泛,合作形式多元,教学方法得当。Cooperation between army and schools is an important part of the collaborative education of society and schools.The analysis of the relevant data shows that the purpose of Bundeswehr to cooperate with schools is to enhance the acceptance of the army among young people,while schools intent to strengthen the political education through the cooperation.The framework for the cooperation is set by the Federal Ministry of Defence and the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs.The cooperation is carried out by youth officers and schools.There are three forms of the cooperation between the Bundeswehr and schools:cooperation for in-school activities,such as lectures and panel discussions;cooperation for extra-school activities,such as the organisation of study trips,role-play simulations and visits to the military camp;and cooperation in teacher training,including the training of official teachers and student teachers.In terms of content,the cooperation focuses on topics about peace and security policy and the mission and tasks of the army.The cooperation between the German army and schools is characterized by a standardized institutional framework,clear principles,professional executives,a wide range of themes and topics,diverse forms and appropriate teaching methods,which are of great value for research and reference.
