美国优质慕课对我国线上一流课程评价的启示——基于学习者体验视角

摘  要:我国线上一流课程的认定长期以来采用管理者视角的评价模式,少有从学习者体验视角吸取有益经验,这在一定程度上阻碍了课程质量的提升。事实上,在线课程要真正面向学习者,学习者体验应该成为在线课程评价的重要参照。以扎根理论为基础,对一门美国优质慕课的学习者评价文本进行质性分析,发现学习者主要聚焦课程的教学设计、教学团队、教学内容和教学效果。在与国际接轨又兼顾国内现实的前提下,我国线上一流课程今后的评价重点应该放在四个方面:教学团队的服务意识、教学效果的高阶性、教学设计的创新性、教学内容的挑战度,这样才能打造真正意义上的“金课”,推动高等教育人才培养质量稳步提升。Instead of the factual experience of learners,the present evaluation system of online first-class course in China is constructed from the managerial perspective,which hinders the quality improvement of online courses to some extent.However,in order to make online courses cater for learners,learners'experience should be taken as one of the most important criteria in evaluating online first-class courses.On the basis of grounded theory,it conduct a qualitative research into learners'experience of an excellent American MOOC by examining the learners'comments on the course.It's found that teaching design,teaching group,teaching effects and teaching content mainly contribute to the superiority of the MOOC.It concludes that,from the perspectives of international and national practice,the future evaluation of online first-class courses in China should emphatically be based on responsible teaching group,advanced teaching effect,innovative teaching design and challenging teaching content,thus developing to the construction of“golden courses”and promoting talent cultivation in higher education.
