摘  要:采集140份市售禽肉样本,按照《2021年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》和《2022年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》方法分别对2021年和2022年的样本进行小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌检测,对分离的菌株进行药敏试验和全基因组测序分析。结果显示,小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌的检出率为4.3%(6/140),其中生禽肉检出率较高,为7.5%(6/80),而在熟禽肉制品中未检出。分离的6株菌株中5株对15种抗生素均敏感,1株菌株对环丙沙星和萘啶酸产生了耐药性。获得6条小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌全基因组序列,共分成5个ST型。5株菌株携带ystB、myfA和invA毒力基因;1株菌株携带ystB和myfA毒力基因。本次监测结果说明济宁市生禽肉中能够检出小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌,ST分型呈多态分布,含有毒力基因,少量菌株产生了耐药性,应加强对小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌的监测力度。A total of 140 poultry meat samples were collected and tested for Yersinia enterocolitica in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed in the Manual for China National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring in 2021 and Manual for China National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring in 2022.Antibiotic susceptibility tests and whole-genome sequencing analysis were performed on the isolated strains.The detection rate of Yersinia enterocolitica was 4.3%(6/140),with a higher detection rate of 7.5%(6/80)in raw poultry meat and no detection in cooked poultry products.Among the six isolated strains,five were sensitive to all fifteen antibiotics tested,and one strain was resistant to ciprofloxacin and naphthenic acid.Six whole-genome sequences of Yersinia enterocolitica were obtained and classified into five sequence types(STs).Five strains carried the virulence genes ystB,myfA,and invA,while one strain carried the virulence genes ystB and myfA.There is a certain degree of Yersinia enterocolitica contamination in raw poultry meat in Jining City,with polymorphic distribution of STs,presence of virulence genes,and a small number of strains developing resistance.Monitoring efforts for Yersinia enterocolitica should be strengthened.
