摘 要:目的:研究多维度互动式教学法在康复科低年资护士临床带教管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年9月在本院康复科室工作的60名低年资护士,根据随机数字表法分为试验组、对照组,各30名。对照组采用常规带教方法,试验组采用多维度互动式教学法。对比两组成绩、综合护理能力评分。结果:试验组护士理论知识、操作技能考核成绩及总考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护士职业心理素质、沟通能力、健康教育能力及应急处置能力等综合护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在康复科临床带教中实施多维度互动式教学有利于提升低年资护士理论知识、操作技能考核成绩,提高其综合护理能力,进而更好适应高强度的护理工作。Objectine:To study the effect of multidimensional interactive teaching method in the clinical teaching management of junior nurses in rehabilitation department.Methods:Sixty junior nurses working in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into a test group and a control group,30 each,according to the random number table method.The control group used the conventional teaching mode and the experimental group used the multidimensional interactive teaching method.The scores and comprehensive nursing ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results:Nurses'theoretical knowledge,operational skills assessment scores and overall assessment scores were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P0.05);comprehensive nursing ability scores such as professional psychological quality,communication ability,health education ability and emergency handling ability were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of dimensional interactive teaching in the clinical teaching management of the rehabilitation department is conducive to improving the theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment scores of junior nurses,improving their comprehensive nursing ability,and thus better adapting to high-intensity nursing work.
