摘 要:目的了解江苏省0~3岁婴幼儿照护人营养知识的知晓现状,分析其影响因素,为开展营养知识教育工作提供依据。方法2021年8—10月,采用分层随机抽样对江苏省13个市2055名0~3岁婴幼儿照护人进行面对面问卷调查。采用logistic回归模型分析影响照护人对婴幼儿营养知识知晓的因素。结果照护人营养知识知晓率为81.85%,早期发现营养不良的主要措施(50.32%)、婴儿添加辅食时间(55.13%)、含铁较少的食物(55.96%)以及夜盲症缺乏的营养素(59.03%)等问题知晓率较低。多因素logistic回归分析显示,关系为母亲(OR=0.377,95%CI:0.278~0.512)和家庭年收入达到5万及以上(OR<1.000,95%CI:0.195~0.931)照护人营养知识知晓程度更高,高中/中专学历(OR=4.407,95%CI:1.617~12.007)及职业为农民(OR=1.903,95%CI:1.228~2.948)的照护人对婴幼儿营养知识知晓率更低。结论江苏省0~3岁婴幼儿照护人营养知识总体知晓率较高,但辅食添加时间等部分问题正确率较低。今后应侧重于宣教添加辅食以及食物微量元素成分等重点内容,线上线下并举,加大对重点人群的营养知识教育力度,从而促进婴幼儿的生长发育。Objective To understand the current situation of nutrition knowledge of caregivers attending infants less than 3 years old in Jiangsu Province and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for nutrition knowledge education.Methods From August to October,2021,a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among 2055 caregivers of infants and young children less than 3 years old in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province by stratified random sampling.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting caregivers’nutrition knowledge.Results The awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of caregivers was 81.85%.The awareness rate was low in terms of the main measures for early detection of malnutrition(50.32%),the time for adding supplementary food(55.13%),foods with less iron(55.96%),and nutrients deficient in night blindness patients(59.03%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that mother as the caregiver(OR=0.377,95%CI:0.278-0.512),and family income reaching 50000 yuan or more(OR<1.000,95%CI:0.195-0.931)were associated with higher knowledge awareness rate,but high school/technical secondary school education(OR=4.407,95%CI:1.617-12.007)and occupation as farmers(OR=1.903,95%CI:1.228-2.948)were associated with lower awareness rate.Conclusion The overall awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of infant caregivers in Jiangsu Province is high,but the correct rate of some questions such as supplementary food addition time is low.In the future,we should focus on the key contents such as the addition of supplementary food and trace elements in food,both online and offline,and strengthen the nutrition knowledge education for key groups,so as to promote the growth and development of infants and young children.
