摘  要:学校道德氛围是学校场域内教师、学生和环境彼此交互作用而形成的,是调控和影响学校师生和社会关系的规范、价值观和意义系统,对学生的学习动机、努力程度和学习成绩都会产生较大影响。在乡村社会向现代化转型的历史背景下,乡村学校道德氛围受学校内部与外部现实力量的制约,具有独特的生成逻辑。学校场域内的客观历史关系是道德氛围生成的客观前提,学校道德权威引导是道德氛围生成的动力机制,乡村学校日常生活是道德氛围生成的实践情境。乡村学校道德氛围在影响学生的道德发展水平、推动学校德育教育生态化转向和实现乡土伦理重建等方面具有重要价值意蕴。School moral atmosphere is formed by the interaction among teachers,students and the environment in school field.It is the norm,value and meaning system that regulates and influences the relationship between school teachers and students and the society,and it has a great impact on students’learning motivation,effort level and academic performance.Under the historical background of rural society’s transition to modernization,the moral atmosphere in rural schools is restricted by internal and external school forces and it has a unique generative logic.The objective historical relation in school field is the objective premise of the generation of moral atmosphere,the guidance of school moral authority is the dynamic mechanism of the generation of moral atmosphere,and the daily life of rural schools is the practical context of the generation of moral atmosphere.The moral atmosphere in rural schools has important value implications in influencing the moral development level of students,promoting the ecological transformation of school moral education and realizing the reconstruction of local ethics.
