药食同源枣果营养成分利用的研究进展

摘　　要：食疗果品众多,枣是其中之一。枣有丰富的营养成分和重要的药用成分,是其成为药食同源果品的重要原因。本文从药食同源的角度出发,聚焦枣果的养生、可食疗、大众化等特点,对枣果的食用价值和药用价值进行总结分析,并对其未来发展方向提出展望,为提高枣资源利用率、增加枣产品附加值提供一定的指导意义及参考价值。There are many therapeutic fruits,and jujube is one of them.Jujubes have rich nutritional and important medicinal components,which is an important reason why they have become medicinal and edible fruits.This article starts from the perspective of medicinal and food homology,focusing on the characteristics of jujube fruit such as health preservation,food therapy,and popularization.It summarizes and analyzes the edible and medicinal value of jujube fruit,and proposes prospects for its future development direction.It provides certain guidance and reference value for improving the utilization rate of jujube resources and increasing the added value of jujube products.
