摘  要:研究姜黄白芍胶囊对人体抗氧化功能的影响,探讨其对改善抗氧化的能力。采用自身与组间2种对照设计,共有108例受试者符合纳入标准,分为试食组54例、对照组54例。试食组按要求服用姜黄白芍胶囊,每日2次,每次2粒,吞服,对照组采用空白对照。受试期间保持平日的生活和饮食习惯,服用3个月后检测其丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase, GSH-Px)与超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力,评价其改善抗氧化能力的作用。结果表明, 3个月内各受试者均未见不良反应。试食前2组间MDA含量、GSH-Px及SOD活力无显著差异。试食组试食前后自身比较, GSH-Px、SOD活力显著升高(P<0.001),升高百分率分别为26.07%和8.50%。试食后试食组与对照组组间比较, GSH-Px、SOD活力显著升高(P<0.001)。基于原国家食品药品监督管理局颁布的抗氧化功能评价方法 (国食药监保化[2012]107号)的判定标准,认为姜黄白芍胶囊具有抗氧化功能。To investigate the effect of curcumin and peony capsules on human antioxidant function and to explore its ability to improve antioxidation,two types of control designs,self and intergroup,were used.A total of 108 subjects met the inclusion criteria and were divided into 54 cases in the test food group and 54 cases in the control group.The test food group took curcumin and peony capsules as required and swallowed 2 capsules twice daily,while the control group used a blank control.The MDA content,GSH-Px and SOD activity were measured after 3 months of consumption to evaluate the effect of improving antioxidant capacity.The results showed that no adverse effects were observed in any of the subjects during the 3-month period.There was no significant difference in MDA content,GSH-Px and SOD activity between the two groups before the trial.The GSH-Px and SOD activity were significantly higher in the test food group before and after the test food(P<0.001),and the percentages of increase were 26.07%and 8.50%,respectively.GSH-Px and SOD activity were significantly higher in the test food group compared with the control group after the test food(P<0.001).Based on the adjunctive antioxidant function evaluation method promulgated by the former State Food and Drug Administration([2012]No.107),it is concluded that curcumin and peony capsules have antioxidant function.
