摘　　要：研究粮油食品技术异化影响因素及消减机理,对于把控技术发展方向、确保食品安全具有重要意义。分析粮油食品技术异化的负面表现,探讨技术异化的形成原因及“非异化”技术选择的博弈机理。在此基础上,提出加强对企业家和科技人员的伦理教育,倡导正确的技术价值观;将边际社会成本、边际社会收益纳入企业技术决策机制,防范企业滥用技术权利;加强消费示范引导,倡导粮油食品适度加工、适度包装;加强信息公开,健全粮油食品监管体系等政策建议。While technological development improves productivity and saves labor costs,it may also lead to technological alienation and expansion of technological rights.It is important to study the factors influencing technological alienation and the mechanism of reducing it in grain and edible oil products to control the direction of food technology development and to ensure food safety.Based on the analysis of the negative manifestations of technological alienation in grain and edible oil products,we explore the causes of technological alienation and the game mechanism of‘non-alienated"technological choices.On this basis,we propose to strengthen ethical education for entrepreneurs and scientists and advocate correct technological values,to incorporate marginal social costs and marginal social benefits into the enterprise technology decisionmaking mechanism to prevent enterprises from abusing their technological rights,to strengthen consumption demonstration and guidance,to advocate moderate processing and moderate packaging of grain and edible oils products,and to strengthen information disclosure and improve the food supervision system.
