摘 要:茶叶是一个劳动密集型产业。茶叶生产实现全过程机采机制操作已是大势所趋。名优茶是茶产业经济价值的主力军,是中国茶产业可持续发展的关键。今后提升茶叶机械化采摘水平和茶叶机械化加工应用成为茶产业发展的重点。该文以我国名优茶生产现状为重点,分别从茶叶机采和茶叶机制技术应用相关研究进行综述,具体包括品种选择、树冠培育、修剪、留采、鲜叶分级、初制和精制等几个方面。通过调查研究以期为我国茶产业进一步健康稳定发展提供一定的参考意见。Tea is a labor-intensive industry.It is the general trend to realize the whole process of mechanical harvesting mechanism operation in tea production.Premium tea is the main force of the economic value of tea industry and the key to the sustainable development of Chinese tea industry.In the future,improving the level of mechanized tea picking and the application of mechanized tea processing has become the focus of future tea industry development.This paper focuses on the production status of premium tea in China,and summarizes the research on the application of tea mechanical harvesting and tea mechanism technology,including variety selection,crown cultivation,pruning,retention,fresh leaf grading,primary processing and refining.Through investigation and research,it is expected to provide some reference for the further healthy and stable development of China's tea industry.
