摘  要:课程教材是落实立德树人根本任务,实现为党育人、为国育才的载体与依托。2022年8月20—21日,华东师范大学课程与教学研究所以“中小学高质量课程教材的理论与实践”为主题,举办了第四届全国课程与教学青年学术论坛。在2022年版《义务教育课程方案》和《义务教育课程标准》颁行实施的新背景下,建设高质量课程教材是对新时期我国教育发展政策的积极响应,是发展中国特色课程教材理论的必然选择,也是提升课程教材质量的实践之需。当前高质量课程教材的建设,紧紧围绕以素养导向建构新目标、以“学为中心”打造新教材、以“学科实践”推进新教学、以“促进学习”开展新评价展开。基于此,未来应继续深化发展机制、凸显文化底蕴、强化数字赋能,进一步推动课程教材育人价值的实现。Curriculum and textbooks are the essential foundation of nurturing and cultivating talents for the country and the Party,as well as an important approach to implementing the core objective of fostering virtue through education.The Fourth National Youth Academic Forum on Curriculum and Instruction was held by the Institute of Curriculum&Instruction of East China Normal University,from August 20 to 21,2022,with the theme of"theory and practice of high-quality curriculum and textbooks for China's compulsory education".With the issue of the newly revised compulsory education curriculum scheme and curriculum standard(2022 version),the construction of high-quality curriculum and textbooks is a positive response to China's latest education policy,an inevitable choice for the development of Curriculum Textbook theory with Chinese characteristics,and a practical reply to improve the quality of curriculum and textbooks.At present,high-quality curriculum and textbooks has been constructed from four aspects:seeking new goals based on the concept of competencies,forging new textbooks with"learning as the center",constructing new cultivation approaches with"disciplinary practices",stimulating new assessments with"promoting learning".Therefore,we should make more efforts to optimize the developing mechanism of curriculum and textbooks,shape cultural characteristics,and enhance digital empowerment,thereby promoting the realization of the educational value of curriculum and textbooks.
