摘　　要：培养什么样的人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人,关系“党之大计、国之大计”。正因如此,党的二十大报告明确提出,要着力培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。我们的高校是党领导下的高校,作为汇聚人才和培养人才的园地理应不忘初心和使命,将培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人作为党办大学的办学定位,将建设高素质教师队伍作为培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的关键环节,将发挥好“大思政课”作用作为培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的重要载体,只有这样高校才能切实完成好立德树人根本任务。To build a powerful modern socialist country,development is the first priority,and tal-ents are the first resources.The development of various undertakings in society is based on the cultiva-tion of talents.The report from the Party's 20th National Congress clearly stated that we should"strive to train new people to take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation".As a high ground for gathering and training talents,universities and colleges should keep to the original aspiration and mis-sion of educating talents for the Party and the country,and take training new people to take on the great task of national rejuvenation as the orientation of universities run by the Party.It will take the con-struction of high-quality teachers as the key link to train new people to take on the great task of na-tional rejuvenation,constantly improve the moral quality of all teachers in colleges and universities,and the political quality of ideological and political teachers,and constantly improve the professional quality of college counselors;We will give full play to the role of"ideological and political courses"as an im-portant carrier to train new people to assume the responsibility of the era of national rejuvenation,and build up the carrier of"ideological and political courses",the carrier of online education and the carrier of student organization education.
