摘　　要：目的探讨Tricellulin与IL-13Rα2在早期与晚期结直肠癌组织中的表达及Tricellulin与IL-13Rα2的表达相关性。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院2020年1—7月的收治的42例结直肠癌患者术后的石蜡组织标本。采用免疫组化法检测Tricellulin与IL-13Rα2表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系,观察肿瘤不同分化程度中Tricellulin核表达的情况,分析Tricellulin与IL-13Rα2的表达相关性。结果与TNM分期较早(Ⅰ/Ⅱ期)的患者比较,结直肠癌TNM分期较晚(Ⅲ/Ⅳ期)的患者中Tricellulin与IL-13Rα2的H-Score评分较高(P<0.05)。低分化结直肠癌组织中存在Tricellulin异常的核表达(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示IL-13Rα2与Tricellulin的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论Tricellulin与IL-13Rα2在晚期结直肠癌组织中表达明显增加。低分化结直肠癌组织中存在Tricellulin异常的核表达。IL-13Rα2与Tricellulin的表达存在正相关。Objective To investigate the expression of Tricellulin and IL-13Rα2 in early and advanced colorectal cancer tissues,and the correlation of expression between Tricellulin and IL-13Rα2.Methods Paraffin-embedded tissue samples from 42 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer at Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to July 2020 were taken.The expression of Tricellulin and IL-13Rα2 was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.The nuclear expression of Tricellulin in different degrees of tumor differentiation was observed,and the correlation between Tricellulin and IL-13rα2 expression was analyzed.Results The H-Score of Tricellulin and IL-13Rα2 was higher in patients with colorectal cancer with later TNM stage(stageⅢ/Ⅳ)than in patients with earlier TNM stage(stageⅠ/Ⅱ)(P<0.05).Abnormal Tricellulin expression was found in poorly differentiated colorectal cancer tissues(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed a positively correlation between the expression of IL-13Rα2 and Tricellulin(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Tricellulin and IL-13Rα2 increased significantly in advanced colorectal cancer tissues.Abnormal Tricellulin nuclear expression is found in poorly differentiated colorectal cancer tissues.There is a positive correlation between the expression of IL-13Rα2 and Tricellulin.
