摘 要:立德树人是高等教育的价值目标和时代使命。高等中医药教育在育人要求、教学内涵等方面,因其具有一定的特殊性,更能够反映以德为先的育人理念。针对中医经典《内经》中涉及“德”字的内涵及“德”的具体范畴进行初步探析,从重视生命的伦理观、天人一体的哲学观、道术并重的医学观、患者为本的医德观4个方面,对《内经》的修德思想进行了归纳。并进一步结合辽宁中医药大学教育教学实践,以《内经》修德思想为引领,从大医精诚、精神健康、课程思政、校园环境、自我修养等出发,对体现中医药文化特色育人观的探索,进行了总结与归纳。Owing to its particularities in terms of educational requirements and teaching content,higher education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is in line with the concept of moral education as the top priority,which is an essential goal and mission of higher education in the new era.Therefore,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the connotation and detonation of the word“morality”in Huangdi Neijing(Huangdi's Internal Classic),a TCM canon.The moral cultivation ideas in the book are summarized from the following four aspects:the ethics of valuing life,the philosophy of correspondence between man and nature,the medical concept emphasizing both theory and practice,and the patient-oriented medical ethics.Furthermore,based on the educational practice of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper summarizes its exploration of ways with TCM cultural characteristics to educate students under the guidance of the moral cultivation ideas taken from Huangdi Neijing from the perspectives of lofty medical ethics,mental health,ideological and political education in professional courses,campus environment,and self cultivation.
