新医科建设背景下“五位一体”本科生培养体系的探索与实践——以山东大学口腔医学院为例

摘　　要：新医科建设的实施对医学教育提出了更高的要求,培养高水平口腔医学人才不仅是推动我国卫生健康事业高质量发展不可或缺的动力,更是建设实现“健康中国2030”的重要力量。以山东大学口腔医学院的改革探索与实践为案例,通过构建“德育、思政、专业、实践、双创”五位一体的本科生人才培养体系,为培养新时代口腔医学人才进行探索,从而提升口腔医学人才培养质量。The implementation of"New medical science"construction has put forward higher requirements for medical education,and the cultivation of high level stomatological talents is not only an indispensable motivation to promote the high-quality development of the medical and health services in China,but also a great force to construct and realize the initiative of Health China 2030.In this article,we set the exploration and practice of reform of School of Stomatology Shandong University as an example,trying to build a"moral,political education,professional,practical education,as well as innovation and entrepreneurship"undergraduate talents training system,exploring the sui-table modality to cultivate stomatological talents in a new era,which has important practical significance for improving the quality of stomatological talent training.
