摘 要:针对传统浮置板轨道低频隔振性能差和轨道系统振动响应大的问题,在对浮置板隔振器载荷特征分析的基础上,提出了系统设计优化目标,基于非线性阻尼隔振技术和动力吸振技术,通过理论分析、数值仿真、实尺轨道试验与在线测试相结合的方法,研发了非线性浮置板轨道系统及其部件,并完成了工程落地。研究表明:非线性阻尼、动力吸振器和非线性浮置板系统对浮置板一阶固有频率附近的隔振器支反力、浮置板振动加速度和隧道壁分频振级有较好的振动控制作用,其中非线性浮置板系统(非线性阻尼隔振器与动力吸振器的组合)的减振效果最明显(低频减振效果明显),非线性浮置板轨道系统可以较好抑制动力吸振器在偏离设计频率时出现的振动放大问题;动力吸振器的振动加速度大于浮置板振动加速度,而两者位移基本相当,表明动力吸振器可以较好的吸收浮置板轨道的振动,而不会产生较大的相对位移,保证列车的行车安全性。Aiming at the problems of the poor performance of traditional steel floating slab track vibration isolation at lower frequencies and it’s larger vibration response,a design optimization objective was proposed based on the load characteristics of the floating slab isolators.Based on the nonlinear damping vibration reduction and dynamic vibration absorbing technique,nonlinear floating slab track system and its key components(nonlinear damping isolators and dynamic vibration absorbers)were developed by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and scale track tests.This study shows that nonlinear damping,dynamic vibration absorbers and nonlinear floating slab system has good vibration suppression effects on isolator supporting force,floating slab acceleration and tunnel vibration near the first nature frequency of the floating slab track,in which the nonlinear floating slab system has the most obvious vibration reduction effect,especially at lower frequencies.Besides,the nonlinear floating slab track system can suppress the vibration amplification problem when the dynamic vibration absorber deviates from its designing frequencies.The acceleration of dynamic vibration absorber is greater than that of the floating slab,while the displacement is nearly the same,which indicates that the dynamic vibration absorber can absort the vibration effectively,while not produce large relative displacement.So it can ensure vehicle running safety.
