摘　　要：采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)技术进行定性半定量分析,并通过计算香气活力值确定津巴布韦烟草提取物中的主要挥发性香气成分。结果显示:样品中共检测出128个化学成分,其中丙二醇、烟碱、4,7,9-巨豆三烯-3-酮Ⅱ、4,7,9-巨豆三烯-3-酮Ⅳ、维生素A醋酸酯、茄酮、螺岩兰草酮、乙酸、二十二碳六烯酸甲酯的含量较高,均大于1%(质量分数)。计算了32种香气成分的香气活力值,其中烟碱、乙酸、苯乙醛、香叶基丙酮、肉桂酸甲酯、α-大马酮、大马酮、异佛尔酮、茶香酮、茴香脑、麦芽酚和棕榈酸乙酯共12个化合物的香气活力值大于1,并确定是津巴布韦烟草提取物样品中主要的挥发性香气成分。The main volatile aroma components in Zimbabwe tobacco extract were determined by headspace-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC/MS)combined with qualitative and semi-quantitative analyses and aroma activity value calculation.The results showed as follows.(1)A total of 128 chemical components were detected in the sample,among which the mass fractions of propylene glycol,nicotinic acid,4,7,9-metotriene-3-ketoneⅡ,4,7,9-metotriene-3-ketoneⅣ,vitamin A acetate,solanone,spirolanotone,acetic acid and methyl docosa-hexaenoate were higher than 1%.(2)Among the aroma activity values of 32 aroma components,those of 12 compounds including nicotine,acetic acid,benzene acetaldehyde,geranyl acetone,cinnamic acid methyl ester,ketone ofα-Malaysia,Malaysian,isophorone,tea ketone,anethole,maltol and ethyl palmitate were greater than 1,and were identified as the Zimbabwe tobacco extract main volatile aroma components in the sample.
