摘 要:在国家“限薪令”的一系列政策背景下,高管薪酬差距对企业创新活动的影响日益显现。基于2015—2021年交通运输、仓储和邮政业上市公司年度数据,重点研究公司高管薪酬差距对企业创新的影响机制。同时,为研究“限薪令”政策对国有物流企业的影响,引入产权性质作为调节变量。构建的回归模型实证表明:第一,高管薪酬差距与企业创新之间呈现显著的正向关系。第二,产权性质并未对高管薪酬差距与企业创新之间产生显著调节效应。Under the background of a series of national policies of"salary restriction",the impact of executive compensation gap on enterprise innovation activities is increasingly apparent.Based on the annual data of listed companies in the transportation,warehousing and postal industries from 2015 to 2021,the mechanism of the impact of executive pay gap on enterprise innovation is focused.At the same time,in order to study the influence of the"salary restriction"policy on state-owned logistics enterprises,the property right nature is introduced as a moderating variable.The empirical results of the regression model show that:First,there is a significant positive relationship between executive pay gap and enterprise innovation.Second,the nature of property rights has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between executive pay gap and firm innovation.
