摘　　要：在激烈的市场竞争中,在原材料、人工费用不断涨价的趋势下,企业要保持健康、长远的发展,需要不断优化内部管理。基于此,本文通过施工项目的管理、施工团队建设两个方面阐述了如何降低施工成本,向管理要利润的措施和思路。In the fierce market competition,under the trend of rising prices of raw materials and labor costs,enterprises need to continuously optimize internal management so as to maintain healthy and long-term development.Based on this condition,this paper explains the measures and ideas on how to reduce construction costs and seek profits from management through two aspects:construction project management and construction team construction.
