摘  要:为了验证某滚筒式茶叶杀青机工作时机架的可靠性及安全性,通过SolidWorks三维设计软件对该茶叶杀青机机架进行三维建模及模型简化;结合ANSYS Workbench软件对简化后的模型进行静力学分析,得到机架在满载静止状态下的最大应力为46.32 MPa,最大形变为0.35 mm;对机架进行模态分析,探究了机架前6阶模态特性,得到了机架前6阶振型的主要振动形式及振动频率。In order to verify the reliability and safety of the frame of a drum-type tea fixation machine when working,this paper uses SolidWorks 3D design software to construct and simplify the three-dimensional model of the frame of a drum-type tea fixation machine,combined with ANSYS Workbench software.The simplified model of the drum-type tea fixation machine frame was statically analyzed.The maximum stress of the frame under full load and static state was 46.32 MPa,and the maximum deformation was 0.35 mm.Modal analysis was carried out on the frame of the drum-type tea fixation machine,the characteristics of the first six modes of the frame were explored,and the main vibration form and frequency of the first six modes of the frame were obtained.
