摘　　要：文化语用实践有助于提升国际传播的效度与信度。第一,就文化语用实践逻辑而言,紧密围绕文化合理性、合适性和有效性是助力国际传播规避“有理说不出”“说了传不开”“传开叫不响”的基本前提。第二,就文化语用实践路径来看,以文化指示和文化行为为主要抓手,有利于国际传播实现从“话里”到“化外”的整体超越。第三,就文化语用实践自觉来说,在语言使用维度对接文化大循环背景下的不同类型文化信息表达,有助于国际传播完成从“脱敏”到“高敏”的转型升级,也有益于凸显中国文化的世界意义,提升国际认同度。总而言之,以文化语用视角介入国际传播实践有助于拓展文化共存与文明互鉴研究的视野,助力文化强国建设,在全球治理中有效弘扬中国精神,积极贡献中国智慧。he practice of cultural pragmatics is conductively enlightening to improve the validity and reliability of international communication.First,in terms of the practical logic of cultural pragmatics,a close focus on the rationality,appropriateness,and validity of culture serves as the fundamental premise to facilitate international communication with convincing rationality,combative communicability,and charming acceptability.Next,along the veins of cultural pragmatics in practice,taking cultural indexical and cultural behavior as the major vehicles is fatally helpful to the overall transcendence of international communication from“inside words”to“outside effects”.Finally,in terms of the practical meta-awareness of cultural pragmatics,different types of cultural information contextualized along cultural circulation in the dimension of language usage contributes to the updated transformation from“desensitization”to“hypersensitivity”,which highlights the significance and international identity of Chinese culture.In a word,the inclusion of cultural pragmatics into international communication expands the horizon of prior studies on cultural coexistence and mutual learning among diverse civilizations,as well as effectively invigorates China through culture and efficiently hones the Chinese spirit into cutting-edge Chinese wisdom in global governance.
