摘 要:辣椒是一种十分重要的蔬菜作物,其栽培面积在我国蔬菜作物中位居第一.辣椒常规育种近年来取得了很大的成就,随着资源的不断利用,新品种选育越来越需要借助分子育种手段来提高育种效率,创造常规方法难以获得的新种质.辣椒分子育种已经取得了重要进展.本文主要对辣椒分子标记、辣椒素类物质和红色素生物合成、雄性不育、抗病、抗逆等分子机理、生物技术改良等取得的进展作一综述,并指出存在的问题和作出展望.Pepper is a very important vegetable crop with the largest cultivation area in China.Many achievements have been obtained in the past in conventional breeding in pepper.With the utilization of germplasm,it is necessary to combine the conventional breeding method with molecular breeding technology to increase the breeding efficiency and create the new germplasm which cannot be produced by conventional breeding methods.Up to date,great progresses have been made in pepper molecular breeding.In this paper,the following topics are reviewed such as the molecular marker,molecular mechanism of biosynthesis of capsaicinoids,red pigments,resistance to diseases and abiotic stress,biotechnological modification and so on.The problems and prospects were discussed.
