摘 要:目的探讨“竞赛式”教学与传统教学法用在方剂学的效果。方法选择重庆医科大学2019级中医学专业2个班级共168名学生为研究对象,随机分为2组。研究组83人,采取“竞赛式”教学;对照组85人,沿用原有教学模式。学期末通过自制的“教学情况调查量表”,以及期末考试成绩对2组学生进行调查考核。结果研究组学生对教学内容与教学形式的认可率92.8%(77/83)、91.6%(76/83)均明显高于对照组的65.9%(56/85)、64.7%(55/85),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,研究组学生的优秀比例49.4%(41/83)明显优于对照组的35.3%(30/85),不合格比例4.8%(4/83)明显低于对照组的27.1%(23/85),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论方剂学课程中应用“竞赛式”教学,不仅可有效提高学生对于课程的认可度,而且有助于其成绩的提高。Objective To explore the teaching effect of“competitive”teaching and traditional teaching in science of prescriptions.Methods Two classes of 168 students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine of Grade 2019 in Chongqing Medical University were randomly selected as the research group and were divided into two groups.The study group of 83 students adopted“competitive”teaching.The control group of 85 students adopted original teaching mode.At the end of the semester,the two groups of students were investigated and assessed through the self-made“teaching situation survey scale”and the final examination results.Results The approval rates of students in the study group were 92.8%(77/83)and 91.6%(76/83)higher than those in the control group(65.9%,56/85)and 64.7%(55/85),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the excellent proportion of 49.4%(41/83)in the study group was significantly higher than that of 35.3%(30/85)in the control group,and the unqualified proportion of 4.8%(4/83)was significantly lower than that of 27.1%(23/85)in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of“competitive”teaching and traditional teaching in science of prescriptions can not only effectively improve students’recognition of the course,but also help to improve their grades.
