摘  要:当今,由于水体富营养化、全球气候变化与海洋污染等现象的加剧,导致我国赤潮爆发频率逐年递增,进而造成严重的海洋环境危害与渔业经济损失。赤潮毒素甚至可通过生物富集作用,对人类健康构成严重威胁。目前,赤潮的治理方法以物理和化学方法为主,但此类方法具有高成本、二次污染等缺点,因此寻找更安全有效的生物治理方法显得尤为重要。生物防治赤潮主要是通过植物之间的化感作用来实现,目前其已成为生态学的研究热点之一。在淡水生态系统中,利用水生大型植物的化感活性物质来控制水华已有了较深入的研究,然而在海洋生态系统中的相关研究则较为少见,现阶段仅有极少数研究报道有涉及滨海植物活性物质对赤潮藻爆发的抑制作用。对于这些起到抑制作用的活性物质中具体的有效成分,不同滨海湿地植物是否普遍含有这些活性物质,这些活性物质的含量与环境因子的关系以及这些物质对赤潮藻的抑制机制等问题,仍然是未知的。综述了不同滨海湿地植物对赤潮藻的抑藻化感作用及其化感抑藻机制,并展望今后化感物质防治赤潮的发展前景,希望在未来能通过室内控制实验具体分离并鉴定出最有效的抑制赤潮爆发的植物活性物质,旨在为后续开发高效、生态友好的抑制赤潮爆发的生物治理手段提供有效的科学依据。Nowadays,due to the aggravations of water eutrophication,global climate change,and marine pollution,the outbreak frequency of harmful algal blooms increases year by year in China,which results in serious harm to marine environment and economic losses to fisheries.Harmful algal toxins can even pose a severely threat to human health through biomagnification.At present,the mainly physical or chemical control methods of harmful algal blooms are expensive and would cause secondary pollution,so it is especially important to find a safer and more effective biological control method.Biological control of harmful algal blooms is mainly achieved through allelopathy between plants,which has become one of the hot spots in ecological research.In freshwater ecosystems,the use of allelopathic active substances from aquatic macrophytes to control algal blooms has been widely studied.In marine ecosystems,however,less research has been carried out yet,which only contains a few studies on the use of active substances from coastal plants to control of harmful algal blooms.As for the specific active ingredients of these substances,whether different coastal wetland plants commonly possessing these active substances,the relationship between the contents of these active substances and environmental factors,and the suppression mechanism of these substances on harmful algal bloom species,they are still unknown.In the present study,the allelopathic effects of different coastal wetland plants on harmful algal bloom species and their allelopathic mechanisms were reviewed,and also,the future development prospects of allelopathic substances for harmful algal bloom control were discussed.We hope that the most effective plant active substances for the inhibitions of harmful algal blooms can be specifically isolated and identified through laboratory experiments in the future.This study aims to provide available scientific evidence for the subsequent development of efficient and eco-friendly biological methods for controlling the outbreaks of harm
