摘　　要：《素问·生气通天论》中“生气通天”四字不单指“阳气与天地相贯通”,还具有更为丰富而深刻的养生意蕴与内涵。笔者拟从“明造化,固‘生气’之本源;陈阴阳,稳‘恒通’之状态;法自然,得‘天年’之真道”3个方面对“生气通天”四字的养生意蕴进行全面系统的阐述,以飨同道。The word‘Sheng Qi Tong Tian’in the Suwen·Sheng Qi Tong Tian Lun not only refers to‘yang qi connects with heaven and earth’,but also has more rich and profound health preservation implications and connotations.The author intends to make a comprehensive and systematic exposition of the health preservation implication of the four words‘Sheng Qi Tong Tian’from three aspects:Understanding the nature,and consolidating the origin of‘Sheng Qi’;following the changes of yin and yang in the world,and stabilizing the state of‘constancy’;and adapting the nature to get the true way of‘heaven and earth’.
