摘  要:针对目前功能性育苗基质生产工艺中存在固态菌剂直接添加到育苗基质中分布不均匀的问题,基于两步混配法对以γ-聚谷氨酸为菌剂载体与传统基质混合制备功能性育苗基质的工艺进行研究。采用单因素试验和响应面分析试验,考察载体添加量、育苗基质水分质量分数、混合转速和混合时间对贝莱斯芽孢杆菌在育苗基质中均匀性的影响。结果表明:功能性育苗基质制备的最佳混合工艺参数为,γ-聚谷氨酸添加量5.6 g/L、育苗基质水分质量分数35%、混合转速42 r/min、混合时间333 s,在此条件下,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌的变异系数为4.59%。优化后的功能性育苗基质容重和孔隙度与传统基质无显著差异,基质的持水孔隙和最大持水量分别提升了5.68%和7.92%。Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of solid inoculants directly added to the seedling substrate in the current production process of functional seedling substrates,based on a two-step compounding method,the mixing ofγ-polyglutamic acid as inoculant carrier with traditional substrates was carried out.Single factor test and response surface analysis test were used to investigate the effects of carrier addition,seedling substrate moisture content,mixing speed and mixing time on the uniformity of Bacillus velezensis in seedling matrix.The results showed that the optimal mixing process parameters for the preparation of functional seedling substrates were as follows:The addition amount ofγ-polyglutamic acid was 5.6 g/L,the seedling substrate moisture content was 35%,the mixing speed was 42 r/min,and the mixing time was 333 s.Under the above conditions,the coefficient of variation of B.velezensis was 4.59%.The optimized functional seedling matrix had no significant difference in bulk density and porosity with the traditional matrix,and the water-holding pore and maximum water-holding capacity of the matrix were increased by 5.68%and 7.92%,respectively.
