摘  要:以玉米芯、玉米秸秆、木屑、稻壳、牛粪、生石灰、尿素为原料,设计了6组栽培料配方,对栽培料进行发酵试验,通过栽培料堆内温度变化决定发酵时间。将6组发酵栽培料在塑料大棚内铺料种植,进行田间小区试验。通过对发酵时间、菌丝生长情况以及子实体原基形成时间的观察、对比,筛选出优良的大球盖菇栽培料配方。从6组配方中筛选出了大球盖菇菌丝生长势强的3组优良栽培料配方,其中配方4发酵时间最短。该研究为大球盖菇的大面积推广种植提供了理论依据。Using corncob,corn straw,sawdust,rice husk,cow dung,quicklime and urea as raw materials,six groups of culture materials were designed to ferment the culture materials,the fermentation time was determined by the temperature change in the compost pile.Field plot experiments were carried out on 6 groups of fermentative materials planted in plastic greenhouse.Through the observation and comparison of fermentation time,hyphae growth and the formation time of fruiting body primordium,a good formula for cultivation of Stropharia rugosa was selected.Three good cultivation materials with strong mycelial growth were screened out from 6 formulations,among which the fermentation time of treatment 4 was the shortest.This study provides a theoretical basis for the extension and cultivation of Stropharia rugosa in a large area.
