摘 要:1938年10月日军从大亚湾登陆,华南高校随同广东省主要军政文教机关内迁至粤北。在此期间,广东省政府和广东省教育厅根据国民政府的教育部署针对维持战时教育秩序发布了系列法规文件,军政要员对教育工作发表了系列讲话,构成了针对战时华南地区的教育政策体系。抗战时期华南地区教育政策呈现出战时性、政治控制和军政要员训令发挥教育政策作用等特征,为战争的胜利作出了积极的贡献,保证了战时教育质量和教育持续发展。The Japanese army landed at Daya Bay in October,1938,and the colleges and universities in South China moved to northern Guangdong with the main military,political,cultural and educational institutions of Guangdong provincial government.An education policy system for wartime South China was constituted by the Guangdong provincial government and the Guangdong provincial department of education issuing a series of laws and regulations on maintaining wartime education order and military and political dignitaries delivering a series of speeches on education in this period.During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the educational policy in South China showed the characteristics of wartime,political control,extending its application to the entire war zone and the instructions of military and political officials to play the role of educational policy,which made a positive contribution to the victory of the war and ensured the quality and sustainable development of wartime education.
