开放大学教师职业压力源及其管理策略

摘　　要：开放大学建设赋予教师新的角色与职责,也给教师带来新的挑战与压力。选取15名开放大学专兼职教师进行访谈,采用质性研究方法对访谈文本进行编码与分析。研究表明:开放大学教师职业压力源主要为教师因素、学校因素、社会因素,每种因素又包含若干子来源。开放大学教师职业压力管理可以从教师、学校、社会三个层面进行:教师应正确面对压力,主动化解从容应对;学校层面应营造宽松氛围,关心支持教师成长;社会层面要理解开放大学教师,建立社会支持系统。The construction of the open university not only endows teachers with new roles and responsibilities,but also poses new challenges and pressures to teachers.This paper selects 15 full-time and part-time teachers of the open university to conduct the interviews,and uses the qualitative research method to encode and analyze the interview texts.The research shows that the occupational stressors of teachers in the open university are mainly teacher factor,school factor and social factor,and each factor includes several sub-sources.The open university teachers’occupational pressure management can be carried out from three levels:teachers,schools and society.The teachers should correctly face the pressure and take the initiative to resolve it calmly;the school should create the relaxed atmosphere,care about and support the growth of teachers;the society should understand the open university teachers and establish the social support system.
