摘　　要：地域文化是重要的教育资源,与职业院校文化建设以及办学特色都有着十分密切的联系。将地域文化引入学校,滋润师生身心,是高等职业院校适应新时期经济建设的迫切需要,也是学校建设特色校园文化、特色品牌文化的重中之重。让地域文化走出校园,达到与地方经济建设的良性融合和相互促进,更是新时代背景下充分发挥职业院校的教育引领功能,有效发展地方教育的一条重要途径。Regional culture is an important educational resource,which is closely related to the cultural construction of vocational colleges and the characteristics of running schools.Introducing regional culture into schools and nourishing teachers and students is an urgent need for higher vocational colleges to adapt to economic construction in the new era,and it is also the top priority for schools to build characteristic campus culture and characteristic brand culture.It is an important way to give full play to the educational leading function of vocational colleges and effectively develop local education under the background of the new era to let regional culture go out of the campus and achieve benign integration and mutual promotion with local economic construction.
