摘　　要：医学生心理健康教育是高校人才教育不可撼动的重要组成部分,而我国医学高校的心理健康教育存在许多问题,如没有受到广泛重视、各地区教育体系发展完善具有差异性、教学方法较为传统且单一、心理健康课程师资建设与师生互动交流有待加强等,这些问题长期存在且影响医学生的身心健康成长。因此需要合理规划心理健康教育课程、改革传统教学模式、努力寻求适合当前医学教育体制和培养方案下的医学生的心理健康教育改革方案,这些变革对改善医学生心理健康状况、推进医疗卫生事业的发展有着重要意义。文章在当前医学教育体制和培养体系背景下、结合新型教学方法以调整教学模式,对医学生心理健康教育课程结构和方案的改革进行有益的讨论,推动医学生的心理健康建设有利于医疗人才培养和医学事业可持续发展。Medical students'mental health education is an unshakable and important part of talented education in colleges and universities,while mental health education in medical colleges and universities has several problems such as not receiving extensive attention,differences in the development and improvement of the education system in different regions,more traditional and single teaching methods,and the construction of teachers for mental health courses and interaction and communication between teachers and students need to be strengthened.Therefore,rational planning of mental health education curriculum,reform of traditional teaching mode,and efforts to find a mental health education reform program for medical students under the current medical education system and training program are of great significance to improve the mental health of medical students and promote the development of medical and health care.Under the background of current medical education system and training system,combined with new teaching methods to adjust the teaching mode,this article discusses the reform of the curriculum structure and program of mental health education for medical students.The reform promotes the mental health construction of medical students is conducive to the training of medical talents and the sustainable development of medical career.
