摘  要:目的 探讨基于影像存档与传输系统(picture archiving communication system,PACS)的Seminar结合案例教学(case-based learning,CBL)教学法在放射科临床本科实习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月在重庆市中医院放射科轮转实习的46名临床本科生,随机分为试验组(实施基于PACS的Seminar结合CBL教学法)和对照组(实施传统教学法),各23名,分析比较两组学生出科考核成绩及问卷调查结果。结果 试验组的放射影像学理论知识、阅片能力及技术操作考核成绩,均高于对照组(P <0.05)。在教学效果评价方面,试验组的激发学习热情和兴趣、培养自主学习能力、增强沟通交流能力、培养批判性思维能力以及提高团队协作能力,均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论基于PACS的Seminar结合CBL教学法在放射科临床实习教学中取得了良好效果。Objective To explore the application effect of seminar combined case-based learning(CBL)teaching method based on picture archiving and communication system(PACS)in clinical practice teaching of radiology department.Methods A total of 46 clinical undergraduates,who rotated practice in radiology department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=23)and the control group(n=23).The experimental group was taught with seminar combined with CBL teaching method based on PACS,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.The results of examination and questionnaire survey of the two groups of students were analyzed and compared.Results The experimental group's theoretical knowledge of radiology,image reading ability and technical operation scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of teaching effect evaluation,the experimental group was higher than the control group in stimulating learning enthusiasm and interest,cultivating independent learning ability,enhancing communication ability,cultivating critical thinking ability and improving teamwork ability,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seminar combined with CBL teaching method based on PACS has achieved good results in clinical practice teaching of radiology department,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
