摘 要:目的分析内科学专业研究生临床带教中以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院内科实习的60名研究生为研究对象,依据随机数表法分成对照组(采取传统带教方式)和观察组(采取PBL教学法开展带教)各30名,比较两组教学前后理论知识、操作水平、病例分析以及综合素质考核评分。批判性思维能力评分;教学满意度。结果观察组理论知识、操作技能、病例分析以及综合素质考核得分和批判性思维能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组认为理论知识和实践技能提升、激发学习兴趣和热情、提升学习效率、提升团队合作能力、提升独立思考和自学能力、提升医患沟通能力、实习内容充实、课堂气氛活跃比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL用于内科学专业研究生临床带教中效果确切,能提升教学效果、学生批判性思维能力和教学满意度。Objective To analyze the application of problem-based learning(PBL)for graduate students majored in internal medicine.Methods A total of 60 graduate students who interned in the internal medicine department of Inner Mongolia Medical University Affiliated Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table,students were divided into control group(traditional learning modes)and observation group(PBL),30 cases in each group.The theoretical knowledge,operation skills,case analysis,comprehensive quality,and critical thinking ability scores and learning satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,case analysis,comprehensive quality assessment and critical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group believes that the proportion of theoretical knowledge and practical skills improvement,stimulation of learning interest and enthusiasm,improvement of learning efficiency,improvement of team cooperation ability,improvement of independent thinking and self-learning ability,improvement of doctor-patient communication ability,enrichment of internship content,and active classroom atmosphere were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL can improve the learning outcomes,the student’s critical thinking ability and learning satisfaction.It is worthy of application.
