以技能竞赛为基础的教学法在康复治疗实习教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨以康复治疗技能竞赛为基础的教学法在康复治疗实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月于重庆医科大学附属第一医院康复医学科康复治疗专业实习的108名学生作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各54名。对照组采取常规教学,观察组采用以康复治疗技能竞赛为基础的教学法,两组均持续教学8周。比较两组考核成绩、自我能力和教学满意度。结果比较两组实习前自我能力,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组考核成绩中理论知识、操作考核和综合能力得分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习8周后自我能力中学习兴趣、自学能力、学习压力、医学思维、医患沟通、操作技能等维度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度中学习主动性、对专业知识掌握、解决问题能力、沟通能力、培养临床科研等维度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以康复治疗技能竞赛为基础的教学法应用于康复治疗实习教学中,能够提高学生对理论知识和操作技能的掌握,利于培养学生自我能力,从而获得更高的教学满意度,可为临床教学提供一定参考。Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching method based on rehabilitation therapy skill competition in rehabilitation therapy practice teaching.Methods A total of 108 students from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,who were internships in the rehabilitation medicine department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,54 students in each group.The control group adopted routine teaching,and the observation group adopted the teaching method based on rehabilitation therapy skills competition.Both groups continued teaching for 8 weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of assessment results,self ability and teaching satisfaction.Results There was no statistically significant difference in self ability between the two groups before internship(P>0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational assessment,and comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of internship,the observation group scored higher in dimensions such as learning interest,selflearning ability,learning pressure,medical thinking,doctorpatient communication,and operational skills compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher in terms of learning initiative,mastery of professional knowledge,problem-solving ability,communication ability,and training in clinical research compared to the control group in terms of teaching satisfaction,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of teaching methods based on rehabilitation therapy skill competitions in rehabilitation therapy internship teaching can improve students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,facilitate the cultivation of students'self-ability,and thus achieve higher teaching satisfaction.It can provide certain reference fo
