摘　　要：急诊医学有其自身的特点,急诊病例往往危重、疑难复杂,病情瞬息万变、不可预知,急诊科是培养住院医师临床诊治能力的好场所,是许多专科住培生在规范化培训期间必须轮训的科室。教学查房是我国各临床专业基地住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)应用最广泛的教学活动之一,急诊专业基地也不例外。在急诊住培教学实践过程中发现,急诊专业基地开展教学查房活动存在一些困难和问题,尤其是教学查房的病例选择、查房前的准备工作流程等方面亟须改进。为了切实提高急诊科住培学员的临床能力,有必要对国家推荐的《住院医师规范化培训教学查房规范》进行完善,让其更加适应急诊科住培的教学。同时应该在急诊专业基地补充各种形式的教学活动,使急诊住培教学体系更加合理规范。Emergency medicine has its own characteristics,patients presenting to emergency department are critical,complicated and unpredictable.The emergency department is a good place for cultivating the clinical diagnosis and treatment capabilities of residents,and it is a department where many specialist residents must rotate during standardized training.Teaching rounds has already been one of the most widely used standardized residency training teaching activities in China,no exception in training bases of emergency department.However,in the process of emergency residential training teaching,there are some problems about application of teaching rounds,such as the selection of cases for teaching rounds,the preparation work flow before the rounds,etc.These problems need to be solved urgently.In order to effectively improve the clinical ability and competency of emergency residency training students,standardized residency t raining s tandard of teaching rounds need to be improved and perfected,and various forms of teaching activities should be supplemented to make the emergency residency training teaching system more reasonable and standardized.
