摘 要:教师指导本科生创新是落实立德树人、保障教育质量和实现专创融合的需要。然而,通过对A高校“大创项目”的考察发现,教师指导本科生创新的参与面不够广,自主性不够强,对项目选题、过程执行和成果产出的指导投入度还不够理想。这反映出地方普通高校教师指导本科生创新的动能疲软。究其原因,主要在于教师对本科生创新、教学和指导的理解有偏差,学生对本科生学习存在认知误区,学校对教师指导绩效的考核存在盲区。为此,应当改造专业培养方案,增强教师指导的压力;健全学校绩效考核,激发教师指导的动力;助力教师专业发展,提升教师指导的能力;激发学生创新需求,催生教师指导的活力。It is necessary for teachers to guide undergraduates to innovate in order to meet the demands of practicing moral establishment and talent cultivation,and ensuring the quality of education and realize the integration of specialty and creativity.However,through the investigation of the“the innovation training project for college students”in University A,it is found that the participation of teachers in guiding undergraduate innovation is not enough,the consciousness is not strong,and the guidance input to project selection,process implementation and outcome output is not ideal.This reflects that the driving force of local college teachers guiding undergraduate innovation is weak.The main reasons are that teachers have biased understanding of undergraduate innovation,teaching and guidance,students have misunderstandings about undergraduate learning,and schools have blind spots in the assessment of teacher guidance performance.Therefore,we should reform the specialty program and strengthen the pressure of teachers’guidance,perfect school performance appraisal and stimulate the motivation of teachers’guidance,help teachers'professional development and improve their guidance ability;Stimulate students’innovative needs and the vitality of teacher guidance.
