摘  要:目的探讨能级管理及绩效考核在心血管内科护理管理中的实践意义。方法纳入山东健康集团淄博医院40名护理人员作为研究对象,2021年1—6月采取传统管理模式,设置为参照组;2021年7—12月采取能级管理及绩效考核的管理模式,设置为管理组。比较两组的考核成绩、护理能力、不良事件发生率。结果管理组理论考核、护理操作考核的合格率较参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组护理人员健康教育、病房管理、沟通能力、危重患者救护、护理程序运用能力、专业发展能力等护理能力指标评分较参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组发生护理纠纷、护理缺陷以及护理投诉事件的发生率较参照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论能级管理及绩效考核应用于心血管内科护理管理中可提高护理人员综合能力。Objective To explore the practical significance of energy level management and performance appraisal in nursing management of cardiovascular internal medicine.Methods 40 nursing staff from Zibo Hospital of Shandong Health Group were included in the study.From January to June 2021,traditional management mode was adopted and they were set as the reference group.From July to December 2021,the management mode of energy level management and performance assessment will be adopted,and the management group will be set up.The assessment results,nursing ability and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of theoretical assessment and nursing operation assessment in the management group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing ability index scores of nursing staff in the management group were higher than those in the reference group,such as health education,ward management,communication ability,rescue of critical patients,nursing procedure application ability and professional development ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing disputes,nursing defects and nursing complaints in the management group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of energy level management and performance assessment in cardiovascular nursing management can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff.
