摘 要:目的以临床生物化学检验实验教学为研究对象,探究SAST教学模式的应用可行性。方法纳入长春医学高等专科学校2021年1—12月总计80名检验专业学生作为研究对象,以教学改革与否进行分组;将2021年1—6月教改前一平行班40名学生纳入对照组,接受常规教学;将2021年7—12月教改后一平行班40名学生纳入观察组,接受SAST教学。比较两组学习素养评分、期末考试成绩与教学满意度差异。结果教改前,两组学习积极性、自主学习能力、团队合作能力、科研精神评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教改后,观察组上述各评分均较之对照组高,且观察组笔试成绩、实践考试成绩与考试总分均较之对照组高,满意度亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建议临床生物化学检验实验教学课程应用SAST教学模式,能够有效改善学生学习素养,提升整体教学成果,学生满意度高。Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying the SAST teaching mode to the experimental teaching of clinical biochemistry.Methods A total of 80 cases of laboratory students from January to December 2021 in Changchun Medical College were included as the study subjects,and grouped by teaching reform or not.Forty cases of students from January to June 2021 in a parallel class before the teaching reform were included in the control group and received regular teaching.Forty students from July to December 2021 in a parallel class after the teaching reform were included in the observation group and received SAST instruction.The differences in learning literacy scores,final exam scores and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results Before the teaching reform,the two groups′learning motivation,independent learning ability,teamwork ability,and research spirit scores were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the teaching reform,all the above scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the scores of written examination,practical examination and total examination were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the satisfaction was also higher than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the application of SAST teaching mode in clinical biochemistry laboratory teaching course can effectively improve students′learning literacy,enhance the overall teaching results,and increase students′satisfaction.
