摘 要:大力发展职业教育是新加坡繁荣经济、培养人才的关键举措。新加坡政府积极探寻职业教育发展变革,形成了以STEM教育理念为导向的职业教育培养模式,以期培养具备核心素养能力的一专多能的复合型、创新型职业人才。通过系统梳理STEM导向下的新加坡职业教育服务供给模式,分析新加坡职业教育蓬勃发展的决定因素,并以南洋理工学院“教学工厂”为例,对其制度及体系建设、参与主体、供给内容、供给模式和运行方式进行了具体剖析,也对我国职业教育发展提供了四点启示:强化制度建构与体系建设、深化教育合作伙伴关系、提供丰富多元的供给内容、推动产教融合与校企合作。The development of vocational education is a key initiative for Singapore’s economic prosperity and talent development.The Singapore government has actively explored changes in the development of vocational education and formed a STEM education concept-oriented vocational education cultivation model,with a view to cultivating multi-skilled and innovative professionals with core competencies.This study systematically compares the supply model of STEM-oriented vocational education service in Singapore,analyzes the determinants of the flourishing development of vocational education in it,and then focuses on the case of“teaching factory”of Nanyang Polytechnic to analyze its system construction,participating parties,supply content,supply model and operation mode.It can provide experience and reference for the development of vocational education in China:strengthening institutional construction and system building,deepening educational partnerships,providing diversified supply contents,and promoting the integration of industry-education and school-enterprise cooperation.
