摘 要:空调室内机电机转速稳定控制是保证空调系统运行稳定的重要技术,转速波动过大会带来风声忽大忽小的噪音和温度波动大等舒适性体验差的问题。本文基于传统的PID控制算法和自适应控制理论提出了一种多状态自适应的多参数自动切换电机控制算法,通过采用新的算法和实验参数优化,经实际验证转速控制的精度提升67%,新的算法能有效提升转速控制的稳定性,满足用户对空调越来越高的舒适性要求。The motor speed stability control of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is an important technology to ensure the stable operation of the air conditioning system.Excessive speed fluctuations will bring problems such as large and small wind noise and large temperature fluctuations,such as poor comfort experience.This paper proposes a multi-state adaptive multi-parameter automatic switching motor control algorithm based on the traditional PID control algorithm and adaptive control theory.Through the use of new algorithms and experimental parameter optimization,it has been verified that the accuracy of speed control is increased by 67%.The new algorithm can effectively improve the stability of speed control and meet users’increasing comfort requirements for air conditioners.
